[origin: WO9735780A1] A substantially tubular spacer (5), which can be screwed using an outer thread (10) provided at its one end into an inner thread of a dispensing head (15) and can be screwed using an inner thread at its other end onto an outer thread (3) of the bottle (1) neck (2), is used to fasten said dispensing head (15) to the neck (2) of a bottle (1) for a disinfectant fluid. The outer casing (11) of the spacer (5) has an annular flange (12) which forms an annular groove (13) facing the bottle (1) with the result that said bottle (1) can be suspended in a support structure (14). A spacer (5) suitable for said fastening is substantially tubular and is provided with a central channel (18) extending axially therethrough. The annular groove (13) formed on the spacer (5) by the annular flange (12) is open in the direction of that end surface (7) of the spacer (5) on which the inner thread (4) is provided.
