Abstract (en)

[origin: WO9738171A1] A device for collecting animal excrement (D) is disclosed, characterised in that it includes a box (50) with a base (7), two substantially triangular side walls (10, 11) and a lower wall (13), and a substantially flat lid (60) with a handle (21) and hinged at least about an axis (2, 3) substantially parallel to said lower wall adjacent the ends (10a, 11a) of said side walls facing the lower wall. The device is completely unitary and is formed by folding and gluing a cardboard sheet with an integral handle formed by cutting out the central area of the lid, which is twice as thick beneath the handle. This device has a compact position in which it is glued into a closed state and can be stored without being deformed, an expanded position in which it is locked into a rigid state and a position in which it is locked into a sealed state after use.
