Abstract (en)
The mechanical appliance (1,2) treats or processes continuous webs of material (6) and incorporates a device (8) for winding and unwinding the web. At the start of the deceleration of a sheet, a switch (19) releases a mechanism for activating an auxiliary stack. Before the machine treating the continuous web is set in motion, the combined reeling and unreeling appliance is set to wind up the web.
