Abstract (en)
The lock has a locking mechanism (2) consisting of a bolt or a hook which extends in relation to the front edge (3) of the sliding door to lock in a strike plate (5) on the upright (7) of the frame. It has a burglar proof housing (13) with an inner wall (14) and an outer wall (14A) which is parallel to the sliding door at the height of the front edge on either side of the locking mechanism. Once the door is closed the strike plate is also concealed by the walls. The inner and outer wall are joined by end walls (15, 15A). The strike plate is concealed in a groove in the rebate of the door frame. The inner and outer walls of the burglar proof housing are positioned on either side of the groove.

L'invention a trait à un dispositif anti-effraction pour ouvrant coulissant comprenant au moins un organe de verrouillage à même de se présenter saillant par rapport au chant avant (3) dudit ouvrant coulissant (4) de manière à coopérer avec une gâche (5) rapportée en applique sur le montant (7) correspondant du cadre dormant (8). Ce dispositif anti-effraction est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte : un coffre anti-effraction (13) défini par une paroi interne (14) et une paroi externe (14A) s'étendant perpendiculairement par rapport à un fond pourvu d'une lumière oblongue traversée par l'organe de verrouillage ; et une gâche (5) constituée par un capot comportant une ouverture pour la réception de l'organe de verrouillage, ce capot étant à même de venir coiffer des moyens supports aptes à être rapportés en feuillure (6) du dormant (8), ledit capot présentant une forme sans contre-dépouille empêchant l'accrochage d'un outil lors d'une tentative d'effraction. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
