Abstract (en)
A suction valve (27) is connectable to a fluid source and causes fluid to be sucked into the work chamber (9) via the suction stroke. A pressure valve (34) is connected to a pressure outlet (40), by means of which the aspirated fluid via the pressure stroke is pressable to the pressure outlet. The pressure and suction valves, together with the accommodation body (8), are integrated to form a structural commonly handleable complete unit. The pressure and/or suction valve are/is incorporated in the side wall of the accommodation body. The work chamber of the accommodation body at the end turned away from the pressure and/or suction valve is closed with one or more sealing devices (19,21,22).

Pumpenkopf für eine Kolben-, insbesondere Hochdruck-Plungerpumpe, mit einem hohlen Aufnahmekörper, der in seinem Inneren einen Arbeitsraum aufweist, worin ein Kolben beziehungsweise Plunger zur Ausführung abwechselnder Saug- und Druck-Hubbewegungen antreibbar ist, mit einem mit einer Fluidquelle verbindbaren Saugventil, durch das über den Saughub Fluid in den Arbeitsraum ansaugbar ist, und mit einem mit einem Druckausgang verbundenen Druckventil, durch das über den Druckhub das angesaugte Fluid zum Druckausgang drückbar ist, wobei in Richtung dar Plunger-Mittelachse der Plunger, das Saugventil und das Druckventil axial hintereinander angeordnet sind, wobei der Aufnahmekörper einstückig ausgebildet ist, und das Druck- und Saugventil gegebenenfalls mit einer Hochdruck-Plungerabdichtung innerhalb des oder im Aufnahmekörper angeordnet, eingebaut oder eingelassen sind.
