The device has a perfume-containing element in the waste air path, contained in an open protective shell that is impermeable to the element material. The element has an adhesive strip and the device is integrated into the dust-bag. The element is a sponge or a filter paper. The shell is aluminium or plastic foil.

Bei einer Vorrichtung zur Veränderung der Abluft eines Staubsaugers (1) soll eine Lösung zur Verfügung gestellt werden, mit der es auf einfache Weise möglich ist, beim Betreiben eines Staubsaugers die unangenehme Geruchsentwicklung zu vermeiden, so daß ein nachfolgendes Belüften des gereinigten Raumes nicht erforderlich ist. Dies wird durch ein geruchshaltiges, in den Abluftweg des Staubsaugers (1) einsetzbares Element (7), welches in einer geruchsstoffundurchlässigen, öffenbaren Schutzumhüllung angeordnet ist, erreicht. <IMAGE>
