Abstract (en)
The ventilator assembly, comprising a centrifugal fan (8) before the filter (4,5), incorporates a support (14) which is fixed to the filter cover (3) and enables the fan rotor (10) and its drive motor (11) to be centred on the filter's lengthwise axis to assure an axial flow from the fan. The filter cover (3) has a recess (13) to receive the support, made with a lateral wall (15) to co-operate with a coupling surface (22) on the support. A second lateral wall (16) extends from the first, and a base (17) has apertures (18) for the air to flow through. The support is in the form of a centering cap for the fan rotor and drive motor, and has a deflector (23) between it and the rotor.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de ventilation en surpression d'un filtre à air 4, 5 de masque à gaz intégré dans un boîtier 2 fermé par un couvercle 3, constitué d'un ventilateur 8 connecté en amont du filtre. Il comprend un support 14 solidaire du couvercle du filtre permettant de centrer le moteur 9 et la roue 10 du ventilateur 8 sur l'axe longitudinal du filtre, de façon à obtenir un fonctionnement axial du ventilateur 8. Le couvercle 3 est muni d'un puit 13 de réception du support 14, comportant une première paroi latérale 15 coopérant avec les moyens de raccordement 22, une seconde paroi latérale 16 prolongeant la première et une paroi de fond 17 munie d'orifices 18 de passage de l'air. Des lamelles sont fixées à la seconde paroi latérale 16 et au fond 17 pour canaliser l'air vers les orifices 18 de passage. <IMAGE>
