[origin: EP0893211A1] The pusher is connected to the blade (16) guided along the duct (15) in the hollow handle (11). The blade is held inside the pusher the outer shape of which matches the inner shape of the guide-duct. When the pusher is moved in its cutting position inside the blade-guide duct, protective particles are expelled through an end-side access opening of the blade-duct. In the cutting position, the access opening is closed by the pusher which has a separate cover (26) forming part of the pusher's outline. A handling component (18) is positioned on the rear side of the pusher facing away from the blade. The handling component is guided along an elongated hole (19) in an extension part (14) to the back of the handle.
