[origin: DE19716943A1] The pressure cylinder (1) of the printing system is fitted with timing marks (2) which are monitored by a sensor (3) linked to the controller (4) which controls the speed of the cylinder and that of the separately driven print cylinders. This enables the print system to be synchronised e.g. to align the separate colours. The control system determines the instantaneous angular displacement of the pressure cylinder and the actual deviation from the programmed angular displacement. From this the control system generates correction signals for the drive signals of for the printing cylinders. The sensor monitors the reflected signals off the markings on the pressure cylinder.

Bei der Steuerung der Drehzahl der mit eigenen Antriebenen (5,6) versehenen Druckzylinder (7,8) einer Druckmaschine, die an einen angetriebenen, gemeinsamen Gegendruckzylinder (1) anstellbar sind, ist darauf zu achten, daß die Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten der Druckzylinder (7,8) und des Gegendruckzylinders (1) gleich sind. Um die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Druckzylinder (7,8) auch auf eine ungleichförmige Drehung des Gegendruckzylinders (1) einzustellen, wird der momentane Drehwinkel des Gegendruckzylinders (1) ausgehend von einer Null-Linie gemessen. Unter Beachtung des vorgegebenen Drehwinkel-Verhältnisses zwischen dem Gegendruckzylinder (1) und den Druckzylindern (7,8) werden zeitlich die Drehwinkel der Druckzylinder (7,8) durch deren Antriebsmotoren (5,6) entsprechend der Messung gesteuert. <IMAGE>
