Abstract (en)
A cryogenic liquid is delivered to its point of use via an insulated pipe (16) with a flow control valve. The control valve has a conical seat between its inlet and outlet pipes, which can be closed by valve obturator moving downwards. The downstream part of the valve body has a vent pipe (34) which is connected to the main supply pipe to allow gas to escape.

Cet appareil comprend une conduite principale (16) thermiquement isolée dans laquelle est monté un organe d'étranglement du courant de liquide. Il comprend en outre une conduite de dégazage (34) piquée sur la conduite principale en aval de l'organe d'étranglement. Application à la distribution continue d'azote liquide dans des récipients (1) en défilement en vue de leur inertage et/ou de leur pressurisation. <IMAGE>
