Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0894516A2] The cables attached to the skittles are guided over guide pulleys via a common cable drum (2) which can be driven in different rotary directions. Each cable coming from the drum is guided over a spring-loaded rocker arm (16) provided with guide pulley (4). Means (18,19) such as a gearwheel are provided by which each cable side is stretched taut between the drum and rocker arms (16) in each skittle position. A driven guide pulley on each rocker arm can be driven faster than the exit speed of the cable from the cable drum (2).
