Abstract (en)
The rubber blanket cylinder (4) has several axial holes and an endless rubber blanket fixed on the circumferential surface. An end cap (22,24) connected to a first end section (58) of the cylinder can be coupled drivewise with the drive mechanism (42) whilst a second end cap (24) connected to a second end section of the cylinder can be selectively coupled with the locking mechanism (50). The axial holes (16) have a trapezoidal cross-section and are set evenly spaced round the axis of rotation of the cylinder. The walls between the adjoining holes extend axially away from the axis of the cylinder. The cylinder can be removed with minimum effort by withdrawing the shaft by a lever mechanism (70).

Ein Druckwerk (2) einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine besitzt ein Gehäuse mit einer ersten Seitenwand (8) und einer zweiten Seitenwand (10), in dem ein Gummituchzylinder (4) mit einer Vielzähl von darin geformten, sich axial erstreckenden Bohrungen drehbar gelagert ist. Der Antrieb des Gummituchzylinders (4) erfolgt mittels eines in der ersten Seitenwand (8) angeordneten Antriebsmechanismus über eine Antriebswelle (36), die über Eingriffsmittel (73, 75, 77) mit einer ersten Endkappe (22) des Gummituchzylinders (4) verbunden ist. Über eine in der zweiten Seitenwand (10) angeordnete Verriegelungseinrichtung (50) mit einer in axialer Richtung verschiebbaren Welle (52), deren Endabschnitt in eine zentrale Bohrung in einer zweiten Endkappe (24) des Gummituchzylinders (4) eingreift, ist der Gummituchzylinder (4) mit geringem Aufwand durch Zurückziehen der Welle (52) mittels eines Hebelmechanismus (70) aus dem Gehäuse der Druckmaschine entnehmbar. <IMAGE>
