Abstract (en)
The seal is in the form of a hollow band (13.1) with a wall which is elastic, at least in places. After the seal is laid in a gap (10), it is filled with a glutinous and hardening material (13.2), and can thus be extended and pressed into the edges of the gap. The external surface of the seal may be roughened, at least at the places which lie against the edges of the gap. The seal may be filled with resin, a gel, or a foam which hardens. It may also have a cross sectional shape which is matched to the cross section of the gap.

Eine Dichtung für Fugen (10) von Gebäuden und Verkehrswegen in Form eines bandförmigen Hohlkörpers (13.1) mit mindestens bereichsweise elastischer Wandung, wobei der Hohlkörper (13.1) nach Einlegen in die Fuge (10) mit einem zähfließenden und/oder aushärtenden Medium (13.2) ausfüllbar und dadurch ausdehnbar und mit den Fugenrändern (10.1, 10.2) verpreßbar ist. <IMAGE>
