Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0894930A2] The plate (2) has a lower plate (3) with two holes for fixing screws (12). These holes, and elongated holes in an upper plate (4) through which the screws pass, are arranged with equal spacing about the upper plate transverse axis which passes through wing-like lateral projections on the upper plate. The arrangement allows two plates to be mounted on opposite sides of the wall, which has corresponding neighbouring pairs of holes, in order to accept the fixing screws. The holes in the lower plate may be surrounded by plinth-like raised sections, which are lower than the thickness of the upper plate.
