Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0895732A1] The seat for the end (7) of the hook (6) of an ear-ring has a hollow which is made by advancing a tool which removes material. A groove (9), allowing the passage of the hook into the hollow, is made by the same tool which is moved back axially. The tool is a shouldered drill.
