[origin: EP0895874A1] Base plate has two pins (2,3) at standard spacing of 8 cm and two holes (4,5) which are adjacent to the pins and form a rectangular outline with them. Punched record cards are put on the pins and do not cover the holes, which can be used to hang up the plate with the records. A further hole (8) or a hook can be provided. Pins are not perpendicular to the base plate but are tilted or curved upwards when the plate is hung up. Plates can be combined with pins of one plate in the holes of another.
