Abstract (en)
The locking cylinder (10) has a key channel (20) for mounting of keys and receivers for followers (16,17). It has a housing (14) for the rotatable but axially firm fixture of the cylinder core. It also has at least one hard metal insert (31,32), in the front region (36) of the locking cylinder, that sits in the recesses (38) of the cylinder core and/or the housing. The hard metal insert has a sharp cutting edge (30) that is adapted without means (37) to the key channel in the cylinder core (15). The cutting edge may extend with its diameter (21) parallel to the cylinder core where the bearing of the cross section profile (23) of the key channel is specific.

Der Zylinderkern 15 eines Schließzylinders besitzt einen Schlüsselkanal 20 zum Einstecken eines Schlüssels und Aufnahmen für Zughaltungen. Der Zylinderkern 15 ist in einem Gehäuse zwar drehbar aber axialfest aufgenommen. Im vorderen Bereich des Schließzylinders sind Hartmetalleinsätze 31, 32 vorgesehen, wofür der Zylinderkern 15 und/oder das Gehäuse Aussparungen 38 aufweisen. Um eine hohe Einbruchssicherheit gegenüber Aufbruchwerkzeugen zu erreichen wird vorgeschlagen den Hartmetalleinsatz 31, 32 mit einer scharfen Schneidkante 30 zu versehen. Die Schneidkante 30 wird in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schlüsselkanal 20 im Zylinderkern 15 angeordnet. <IMAGE>
