[origin: EP0896835A1] Within a casing 11 having air inlet openings 11d and air outlet openings 11e formed therein, an ionizer 12 for charging particles in an air, a collector 13 for collecting charged particles, an ozone decomposing filter 14 for decomposing an ozone gas produced by the ionizer 12 and a fan 15 for flowing an air from the air inlet openings 11d to the air outlet openings 11e are provided in this order from an upper portion of the casing.
