Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0896836A2] The printing device coats flat material (1) with a paste. It includes a printing template (2) with internal doctor (3) to apply the paste through holes (5) onto the flat material, a counter roller (6) and a pressurizer (8) to press the doctor to the template. The roller body (11) of the counter roller has a coating (10) divided into sectors across the width, with piezo-elements. Each sector can be controlled individually.
