Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0896866A2] The molded body manufacturing process produces concrete blocks from viscous concrete. It has a core carrier (5) and a base frame (6) on which the controls are mounted. By means of a drive connected to the controls, the core carrier and base frame can first be moved horizontally under the raised mold (2) and then vertically onto a mold board (11) or shaking table (12) The carrier can then be moved vertically upwards. The device to implement the process includes a core carrier which can move vertically in the base frame and which has sliding elements fitting in an angled slot. There is a control rod connected to a linear drive in the base frame.
