Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0896890A2] The covering hood is e.g. for a caravan. It has a flat chain grille (1) with a square outline, to which at least two spring hooks are fitted projecting towards the roof hatch, enabling a ventilation casing to be fitted. The chain grille has an edging (2) round it projecting towards the roof hatch. The height of the edging exceeds that of the hooks. At least two of the hooks are fitted to this edging, so that the covering hood can be fitted in the lower cover. The chain grille may have reinforcing ribs at a right angle to each other.
