Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0897026A2] To control the warp tension, in a loom, the band of warps is given a controlled deflection in at least one defined position in relation to the reference plane, according to the weaving stop pulses. The weaving start pulses return the band of warps to the reference plane under control. Also claimed is an appts. with a carrier section (19,20), with at least one connected setting unit (22), to move the floating shaft (18) together with the band of warps (1) out of the reference plane (7) into at least a second or third position (12,13), and move them back.
