Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0897044A2] The road vehicle door lock is accommodated in a housing (16) and involves brake and holding bodies (12) with number of roller bodies rotatable around axes radial to the hinge axis and a holding device (11) with a corresponding number of securing discs (10). The brake and holding bodies work with the holding device under a congruently directed spring load (15). The hinge pin (3) is freely rotatably located in the first hinge half (1) by a bearing bush (4) of maintenance-free material. In the second hinge half (2) the pin is non-rotatably fitted in the hinge eyelet (6) by radially directed devices (5).
