Abstract (en)
In a process and assembly to apply an adhesive to the rear face of a label, banderole or wrapping strap (10), the supply of labels (10) is transported by a suction belt (15) on a descending conveyer backing tape (16) which is inclined at a slight angle to the vertical. The application of adhesive is effected by horizontal jets (30,31) directed at the labels (10). When the adhesive jets (30,31) are active, a pre-glued label (10) is always located directly beneath the jet (30,31) station.

Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Transportieren und Beleimen von Banderolen, Etiketten oder anderen Zuschnitten. Für die Beleimung von Banderolen (10) oder anderen Zuschnitten werden diese durch einen Banderolenförderer transportiert, insbesondere durch ein Saugband (15) mit Fördertrum (16). Die Beleimung erfolgt mittels Leimdüsen (30, 31), die in im wesentlichen horizontaler Richtung Leim auf die Banderolen (10) aufspritzen. Um dabei entstehende, nach unten fallende Leimrückstände wirkungslos zu machen, werden die Banderolen (10) in besonderer Weise gefördert, derart, daß sich stets eine bereits beleimte Banderole (10) in einer Position unterhalb der Leimdüsen (30, 31) befindet, wenn diese aktiv sind. <IMAGE>
