[origin: EP0897894A1] The lifting gear (1) is for a loading shovel with a mounting mast (2) fixed to a vehicle frame, a longitudinally movable first mast (5) and a second mast (6) longitudinally movable relative to the first mast. There is at least one stroke cylinder (8,9) to move the mast parts. Both cylinders are fitted to the first mast. The cylinder running bushes (10) are fixed to the first mast. The piston rod (8a) of the first cylinder is connected to the mounting mast and the piston rod (9a) of the second cylinder is connected to the second mast.
