Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0898904A2] Guide (20,21) is provided for the band in a flat locking piece (3). The band is has holes or depressions which are pressed on a locking bar (22) in the form of a bracket, rigidly attached to the locking piece and projecting into the band guide. A handle is provided on the locking piece so that the band is moved transversely over the effective locking bar length against spring force. Preferably padding on the inside of the band forms the spring in locking the band in place.
