Abstract (en)
The wagon box has a bottom plate (1), end walls (2), side walls (3) and a roof (4). The entire wagon box forms a bearing tube-like bonded structure, within which the bottom plate and the end walls consist of extruded aluminum strips. The side walls and roof are produced in the form of hoods of bonded fiber material. At least one upper longitudinal bearer (5) is used as an auxiliary bearing element for the bonded structure.

Der Wagenkasten eines Schienenfahrzeuges hat eine Bodenplatte (1), Stirnwände (2), Seitenwände (3) und ein Dach (4). Der gesamte Wagenkasten bildet eine tragende röhrenartige Verbundstruktur, innerhalb der die Bodenplatte (1) und die Stirnwände (2) jeweils aus Aluminium-Strangpreßprofilen bestehen und die Seitenwände (3) sowie das Dach (4) als Haube aus Faserverbundwerkstoff hergestellt sind. In die röhrenartige Verbundstruktur des Wagenkastens ist zumindest ein oberer Längsträger (5) als zusätzliches Tragelement einbezogen. <IMAGE>
