Abstract (en)
The plastic part (26) has at least one groove (18) at the ends of which are tubular extensions so formed that they can be connected in a sealed manner to sewage pipes (22,24) in the sewage shaft (12). Between the pipe extension (20) and the sewage pipe (22) a connecting pipe piece is arranged in a sealed manner. The intermediate spaces between the inlay body and the bottom and the wall of the shaft are filled with a preferably hydraulically bound filling material. The inlay body has virtually the same thickness over its dimensions and is moulded from polyethylene.

Verfahren zur Sanierung der Sohle (16) von Abwasserschächten, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte: Abbildung der Sohle (16) eines Abwasserschachtes, Herstellung einer Gußform entsprechend der Form der abgebildeten Sohle, Spritzgießen eines einteiligen oder mehrteiligen Kunststofformteils als Inlay-Körper (26), wobei in der Gußform an den Enden der eingeformten Rinnen Durchbrüche in der Seitenwand des Inlay-Körpers geformt sind, Abtragen der Sohle um mindestens die Dicke des Inlay-Körpers (26), Einfügen des Inlay-Körpers (26) auf die abgetragene Sohle (16) und Befestigung im Schacht (10) und dichtes Verbinden der Durchbrüche mit zugeordneten Abwasserrohren <IMAGE>
