Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0899404A2] The mechanism is adjusted by con-rods (10), and four hook-out scissor stays with arms (7). The arms are adjustable up and down and are attached by two arm ends (22) to edges of a window casement which moves out parallel to a window frame opening. A lever (9) swivels on the window frame between these two ends. The lower arm end moves out as the con-rods are adjusted downwards to open the window casement, disengaging a twist lock (32) with a locking notch (30). The con-rods then move the top arm end down and the window casement hooks out.
