Abstract (en)
The gas flows (1,2), after coming together, are directed away from the inner wall (3) as a free current (7). On the inner wall is provided at least one flow blocking device (11) orientated towards the gas flows. It takes the form of an orthogonal rib raised from the inner wall, the width and height of which are equal. In the collection chamber is a burner which has an inlet aperture, in which the free gas flow can be introduced. The inner wall in the area of the flow inlets (4,5) is provided with devices for reduction of the flow speed of the incoming gas current.

Beschrieben wird ein Plenum, insbesondere das Luft-Plenum einer Gasturbinenbrennkammer, mit wenigstens zwei Strömungseinlässen, zum Einbringen von Gasströmen in das Plenum, in der die Gasströme im wesentlichen entlang der Innenwandung des plenums geführt und derart aufeinandergerichtet sind, dass die Gasströme nach Zusammentreffen als freier Gasstrom von der Innenwandung weggerichtet sind. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass an der Innenwandung (3) wenigstens ein, in Wirkverbindung zur Strömungsrichtung der an der Innenwandung (3) geführten Gasströme (1, 2) orientiertes Strömungshindernis (7) vorgesehen ist. <IMAGE>
