[origin: EP0899510A2] The gas flows (1,2), after coming together, are directed away from the inner wall (3) as a free current (7). On the inner wall is provided at least one flow blocking device (11) orientated towards the gas flows. It takes the form of an orthogonal rib raised from the inner wall, the width and height of which are equal. In the collection chamber is a burner which has an inlet aperture, in which the free gas flow can be introduced. The inner wall in the area of the flow inlets (4,5) is provided with devices for reduction of the flow speed of the incoming gas current.
