A pivot arm (1) outside the turret hatch (3) is pivotably fitted around a static, vertical axis (5) and on the weapon (9, 9') or on a retainer fitted on it around a movable vertical axis (25). The pivot arm preferably includes two parts (13,15), which are connected with one another by a link (17).A release lever (19) is provided for the link (17), which can be held in a rest position by a spring or similar. It is movable into a release position by a handle (21) fitted to it. By application of only one link the release lever is formed as a pivot lever, which with its one end is pivotably fitted on the part (13) of the pivot arm (11) which is located on the static axis (5).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schwenklafette für eine Feuerwaffe wie z.B. ein Maschinengewehr (9, 9') o. dgl., die zur Anbringung nahe einer Turmluke (3) etwa eines Panzerfahrzeugs (1) eingerichtet ist, mit einem Schwenkarm (1), der außerhalb der Turmluke (3) um eine ortsfeste, vertikale Achse (5) und an der Feuerwaffe (9, 9') oder einer an dieser angebrachten Halterung um eine mit dieser bewegliche, vertikale Achse (25) schwenkbar angebracht ist. Der Schwenkarm (11) ist aus mindestens und bevorzugt zwei Teilen (13, 15) gebildet ist, die miteinander durch ein Gelenk (17) verbunden sind. Der Schwenkarm (11) ist somit verkürzbar, so daß die Feuerwaffe längs der Kontur der Turmluke entlangschwenkbar ist. <IMAGE>
