By feeding the raw material in the feed chute (4) in the direction of travel of the conveyor (2) and laying out the feed chute in a cascade-like manner in a number of steps (14), between which shower jets (5) wet the material, the clean and raw products remain separate. The plates forming each step are fitted with end plates which retain material at the rear, upper, end; the feed chute is fitted with a shaker motor (15) and an eccentrically running roller (13) agitates the conveyor band in the wash trough area (8).

Die Vorrichtung dient zum Auswaschen und Sortieren von organischen, lehmartigen und sonstigen Verunreinigungen aus fortlaufend zugeführten grob- und feinkörnigen Feststoffen, wie frisch gebaggertem und aufbereitetem Kies. Die Vorrichtung weist eine Waschmulde 8 auf, der das Material mit Hilfe einer Aufgaberutsche 4 und Brausen 5 bzw. 27 zugeführt wird. Die Waschmulde 8 wird von einem endlosen, über Stützrollen 9 und Spannrollen 10 abgestütztes Förderband 2 geführt, das am Maschinengestell 1 gehaltert ist. Das Förderband 2 weist einen an die Waschmulde 8 anschließenden, in Bandlaufrichtung 11 ansteigenden Teil 3 auf, wobei die Aufgaberutsche 4 derart angeordnet ist, daß die Fließrichtung 12 des aufgegebenen Materials senkrecht oder in Bandlaufrichtung 11 erfolgt, wobei das Material im Bereich der Waschmulde 8 auf das Förderband 2 gelangt. Vor und im Bereich der Waschmulde 8 sind gegen die Bandlaufrichtung 11 wirkende Brausen 6 vorgesehen. <IMAGE>
