[origin: EP0900631A2] Rotary work head has cylindrical working surface which self aligns on the surface being worked, and is mounted on discs (2) which have a set amount of flexibility, which allows the working surface to tilt in either direction, exhibiting some axial flexibility. The rotating tool self aligns on a flat surface and produces an improved finish especially when fitted to hand power tools. The flexibility is produced by holes (7) in the support disc. The support disc, and the outer rim of the tool head, can be made of plastic moulding.
