Abstract (en)
The anti-roll stabilizer for ships (1), has stabilizing plates (4) at the keel (3) along the length of the hull. They are below the water line (2), and do not extend beyond the width of the hull. The stabilizing plates (4) are of separate sections, in succession, and are pointed in the direction of steaming. They can be fitted with elevators.

Bei einem Wasserfahrzeug mit einer Stabilisierungseinrichtung, läßt sich die Stabilisierung des Wasserfahrzeuges insbesondere bei starkem Wellengang verbessern, wenn über die Länge der Konstruktionswasserlinie eines Schiffes (1), unterhalb der Wasseroberfläche (2) beidseitig am Kiel (3) Stabilisierungsplatten (4) angeordnet sind, die nicht über die Rumpfbreite (5) hervorkragen. <IMAGE>
