Abstract (en)
The drilling string consists of a number of rods (16) joined by male and female couplings. Each rod has an axial channel (34) running its whole length, with the rods fitted together so that the channels on adjoining rods lie at 180 degrees to one another. The channels contain flexible pipes (20,22) which are used to carry a fluid such as mortar, water or air, the width of the channels being at least equal to the outer diameter of the pipes.

L'invention conceme un train de tiges de forage comprenant une pluralité de tiges (16, 16a, 16b) présentant toutes un même évidement axial, chaque tige comportant à une première extrémité un embout mâle (30) et à une deuxième extrémité un embout femelle (32), l'embout mâle d'une première tige étant apte à coopérer avec l'embout femelle d'une tige adjacente. Chaque tige présente dans sa paroi entourant ledit évidement axial une fente (36) s'étendant sur toute la longueur, les embouts mâle (30) et femelle (32) étant agencés de telle manière que lorsque plusieurs tiges sont assemblées, la fente d'une tige (16a), par rapport à l'axe commun des tiges, soit disposée sensiblement à 180° par rapport aux fentes des deux tiges adjacentes (16b), ledit train comprenant en outre au moins une conduite disposée dans les évidements axiaux desdites tiges, la largeur de la fente de chaque tige étant au moins égale au diamètre de ladite conduite. <IMAGE>
