Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0901203A2] The lamp holder (1) has a socket housing incorporating an electrical contact for contacting the contact pin of the fluorescent lamp tube, inserted through a slit in the housing, with knife contacts for the supply leads at the sides of this slit. The socket housing is spring-loaded at the rear by a flexure spring element (29) extending perpendicular to the line between the knife contacts.
