Abstract (en)
The hair clip is made from two branches extended to form a jaw on one side and a holder on the other, with lugs for a spindle (1) carrying a torsion spring (2) to hold the jaws together. Between the two holders is a curved component (3) to cover the spring and spindle. The spring covering component (3) has one section (30) curved in an arc, extended by a flat section (31) which is fixed to one of the holders. Alternatively, the covering component can be in two sections which slide one inside the other when the jaws are opened and have lugs with holes for the spindle, while side notches receive the branches (20, 21) of the spring. The component(s) can be made from any suitable material, e.g. wood, metal or a synthetic thermoplastic.

L'invention a trait à un dispositif de pince à cheveux du type comprenant deux branches articulées sur un axe (1), rappelées par au moins un ressort de torsion (2) enfilé sur ledit axe (1), chacune desdites branches comportant deux oreilles pour le passage dudit axe (1) et entre lesquelles est placé ledit ressort (2), et se prolongeant d'un côté par un mors et de l'autre par un élément de préhension contre la face interne duquel prend appui l'un des deux brins (20, 21) dudit ressort (2). Ce dispositif de pince est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins une pièce (3, 4, 5) disposée entre les deux éléments de préhension, solidaire de l'un deux, et présentant une partie courbe (30, 41, 51) destinée à envelopper l'axe (1) et le ressort (2) enfilé sur celui-ci. <IMAGE>
