[origin: EP0901898A1] The machine incorporates first and second corrugated rollers (1,2) with a gap between them, through which the cardboard is passed to corrugate it, and a thrust roller set with a clearance beneath the second roller. The two corrugated rollers have crests (PS1,PS2) and troughs (PT1,PT2) linked by lateral surfaces (PF1,PF2), with the crests (PS1) on the first roller having a smaller radius of curvature (RS1) than the radius (RS2) of the crests (PS2) of the second roller, e.g. 1.2 mm to 1.8 mm. The troughs (PT1) of the first roller have a longer radius of curvature (RT1) than the radius (RT2) of the troughs of the second roller, e.g. 2.1 mm to 1.5 mm. The gap between the corrugated rollers remains constant as they rotate.
