[origin: EP0902244A2] The refrigerator has the controlled compressor passing the coolant through a capillary tube (6) into a pipe section (8) assigned to the evaporator in the deep freeze compartment. The pipe section forming the evaporator is assigned only to the deep freeze compartment. To the cold compartment is assigned a cold dehumidifying plate (5). This plate has a heat-conducting connection with parts or sections of the suction pipe running from the evaporator of the deep freeze compartment to the compressor in which the capillary tube runs over part of its length.
