Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0903092A2] The table top comprises five segments with each two identical segments (1,2) set opposite one another about a center segment (3). When changing the size the segments are mounted about four eccentrically positioned rotary axes (alb). The shape of the plate remains the same despite changing the size. The table becomes smaller by turning the first segments (1) 180 degs. round the rotary axis (a) and by turning the segment (2) 180 degs. about rotary axis (b). The middle segment can be lowered when closing the plates
