Abstract (en)
Mold (14) forms a cavity (32) into which concrete (18) is poured. The level (h) of concrete in the mold is measured and the it is compacted with an intensity which is a function of the result of the measurement. The level is preferably determined from the reduction of weight of a concrete hopper (44) during pouring, the density of compacted concrete and the volumetric profile of the mold.

Bei der Herstellung von Betonformteilen (12) in einer Form (14) mit einem Formmantel (28) und einem zumindest im Füllbetrieb relativ zum Formmantel (28) unbeweglichen Formkern (26) wird der Füllzustand (h) der Form (14) während des Füllbetriebs erfaßt, und die Intensität des Verdichtungsvorgangs wird in Abhängigkeit von dem Erfassungsergebnis gesteuert. Zusätzlich oder alternativ wird die Länge des gefertigten Betonformteils (12) erfaßt und die zur Herstellung eines Betonformteils (12) einer gewünschten Länge in die Form (14) einzufüllende Betonmenge erforderlichenfalls in Abhängigkeit des Erfassungsergebnisses korrigiert. <IMAGE>
