[origin: EP0903312A2] The cutter device (1) has a support surface (2) for the adhesive tape (22) to be cut, with two side rails (3) to guide the tape along its edges. A cutter knife (4) is positioned on the inner side of one or both side rails so that the cutter blades slope at an angle to the support surface. The angle is between 85 degrees and 2 degrees , pref. 50 degrees to 5 degrees . The cutter knives are positioned on the side where a cut piece of tape is removed.
