Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0903439A2] The traffic way incorporates a pipe line system (7) for a heating/cooling fluid for the road surface. The system is integrated esp. in a bituminous plastic-modified compensation layer (6) and is connected to an esp. expanded metal grating (8). A fluid barrier (5), e.g. of geotextile is located below the compensation layer at a distance to the pipe system and above the lower bonded sub-base (4) of pref. in-situ concrete.
