Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0903457A1] Two motors (22,31) use worm and pinion drives (23,26.32) to move a bolt pawl (5,7) operating rod and plate (12,20) in orthogonal directions either separately or together. The position of the plate may prevent either external (13) or internal (15) lock opening or both. The operating rod (12) is connected to the pawl through a ball and socket joint (21), intermediate rotating element and pin (11).
