Abstract (en)
The device has a hub cone (9) and shaft cone (11), each with average diameter (23, 24). The diameters are located at an axial distance (25) to the center of gravity (14) of the compressor impeller (4), which corresponds to at least half the average diameter. The passage bore (8) in the hub (6) is formed at least partially as a cylindrical bore (16) on the shaft side of the hub cone.
Abstract (de)
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine sichere und reproduzierbare Verdichterradbefestigung für schnellaufende Turbomaschinen zu schaffen, welche zudem eine verbesserte Rundlaufgenauigkeit besitzt. Erfindungsgemäss wird das dadurch erreicht, dass sowohl der Nabenkonus (9) als auch der Wellenkonus (11) jeweils einen mittleren Durchmesser (23, 24) aufweisen und diese mittleren Durchmesser (23, 24) in einem axialen Abstand (25) vom Massenschwerpunkt (14) des Verdichterrades (4) angeordnet sind, welcher zumindest den halben mittleren Durchmessern (23, 24) entspricht. Wellenseitig des Nabenkonus (9) ist die Durchgangsbohrung (8) der Nabe (6) zumindest teilweise als zylindrische Bohrung (16) ausgebildet. <IMAGE>
