Abstract (en)
The power cylinder incorporates a manual release mechanism (MDV) with at least one control component (7a,7b) able to move the pistons lengthwise using couplings (21,23). The power cylinder, comprising a housing containing at least one piston connected to a rod, has a mechanism to lock the pistons to the rod in at least one end position in the event of power cylinder failure. It incorporates manual release mechanisms (MDV) with control members which can move the pistons lengthwise using couplings. The control members are in the form of release rings on the outside of the power cylinder housing at each end, while the couplings have pushers which move the pistons against the action of their springs when screws are rotated by the release rings.

Vérin (1) du type comprenant un corps de vérin constitué d'une paroi périphérique (3) formant une chambre de vérin (4) dans laquelle se déplacera au moins un piston (5a, 5b) solidaire d'une tige de piston (6), caractérisé en ce que le vérin comprend des moyens de verrouillage pour verrouiller l'ensemble piston (5a, 5b) avec sa tige (6) dans au moins une de ses positions extrêmes, ledit verrouillage s'effectuant sous l'action du piston (5a, 5b) de manière automatique. <IMAGE>
