Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0903555A2] Fins (1) form part of a fin/tube block which when assembled has passages (3) for tubes. Each passage has at least one support edge (6) at least partly encircling it, bent at right angles to the passage axis. Preferably the support edge is provided with at least one coplanar, ear-shaped lug, projecting outwards. Independent claims are also included for the method of manufacturing fin passages by forming a cut in a sheet which is then deformed.
