One end of said shaft has a tool holder (32). To observe with greater ease the predetermined tightening torque when producing a screw connection with the hydraulic power wrench (10), the invention proposes that the shaft is in the form of a measuring shaft (30) with a measuring section (40) adjacent the tool holder device (32), and it has a torsion sensor (41) arranged in the measuring section (40).
