Abstract (en)

[origin: DE19612684A1] A DNA cyclic sequencing process with dye terminators is disclosed. Extremely thermophilic DNA-polymerases are used at a chain elongation temperature in a range from > 60 DEG C to 80 DEG C. Also disclosed is a use of extremely thermophilic DNA-polymerases at a temperature in a range from > 60 DEG C to 80 DEG C.
